An automated warehouse with a state-of-the-art grader that selects and ensures that only the best melons get through, washing, brushing and drying each individual fruit. The melons are then sized and packaged according to customer requirements.

The processing line uses the latest agricultural technologies
The processing line starts with the removal of impurities such as soil and dirt. It then continues with the selection of the best fruit and electronic weight grading, and ends with the packaging of the products.
Once these activities have been completed, the canary melons are ready to be delivered to customers' outlets in Italy and abroad and to reach the final consumer's table.

The grading machines used by Unifruit enable batches of products with homogeneous characteristics to be harvested.
When using Artificial Intelligence, before harvesting starts, the operators select the parameters for the selection required for the target market in terms of:
